Storage
For use by date see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C – 3°C. Suitable for at home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 30 days of freeze date. Defrost product thoroughly in fridge before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Usage
Handling Information Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw and cooked meat or wash thoroughly after use. Always wash your hands after handling raw meat.
Grill
FROM CHILLED: Remove all packaging. Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Place under the grill and cook for 14 – 16 minutes turning occasionally. These cooking instructions are a guideline only. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Do Not Reheat.
