Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before use by date and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Oven cook
FROM CHILLED: Time: 40 mins Temperature: 200°C /Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 Preheat oven. Remove all packaging before cooking and empty contents of bag into an ovenproof dish. Stir remaining sauce in the bag and pour over the lamb shank. Cover with foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 25 mins. Remove foil and return to the oven for a further 15 mins.
Microwave
FROM CHILLED: 800 watt: 7 1/2 mins 900 watt: 7 mins Remove outer packaging. Place pouch on a microwaveable plate and pierce several times. Heat on full power for 4 mins (900W) / (800W). Allow to stand for 1 min, gently shake the bag from side to side, then microwave for a further 3 1/2 mins (800W), 3 mins (900W). Allow to stand for 1 min. Carefully cut across the top of the bag and empty contents onto a plate to serve.
