Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before use by date and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Usage
Recipe Inspiration! The best way to savour our sweet and sticky ribs is to pair them with potato salad, baked beans, cherry tomatoes, pickles, coleslaw or corn!
Oven cook
FROM CHILLED: Time: 25-30 mins Temperature: 200°C/Fan 180°C /Gas Mark 6 Preheat oven. Remove pouch from outer packaging. Empty contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with lid or foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 25-30 mins. Remove from the oven, stir sauce and serve.
Microwave
FROM CHILLED: 750 watt: 6 mins 850 watt: 5 mins Remove pouch from outer packaging. Place pouch on a microwaveable plate and pierce several times. Microwave on full power for 6 mins (750W), 5 mins (850W). Stand for 1 min. Remove from pouch, stir sauce and serve.
