Vinification Details: Chardonnay grapes harvested in mid-September are carefully vinified at cool temperatures for approximately 14 days, ensuring every last drop of fruit character is preserved in the finished wine. There’s just a hint of vanilla oak character in the wine, to provide extra roundness and complexity rather than imparting an oaky flavour.
