Usage
Preparation guidelines Wash before use. Peel carrots if preferred. Cut off tops and cut into even sized chunks or batons. Carrots may be eaten raw or cooked – see below.
Boil
FROM CHILLED: – Bring a pan of water to boiling point, add a pinch of salt if required. – Add prepared carrots to the water and return to boil. – Cook until the carrots are soft when tested with a fork. – Drain and serve immediately.
