Storage
Keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C). Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Use by: see front of pack.

Oven cook
FROM CHILLED: Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven. 190°C / 170°C fan / Gas mark 5 for 25 minutes. Stir and serve.
Microwave
FROM CHILLED: Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power 6 minutes (800W) / 5 minutes (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.
Cooking Instructions
GENERAL: For best results, oven heat. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Always check that the food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. For microwaves with a different output, or when heating more than one product, adjust the heating times accordingly. WARNING: Hot steam will escape when opening.
