Storage
Keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C). Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Use by: see front of pack.

Oven cook
FROM CHILLED: Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places on both compartments. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven. 190°C / 170°C fan / Gas mark 5 for 20 minutes. Remove film lid, stir and serve.
Microwave
FROM CHILLED: Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places on both compartments. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power 5 1/2 minutes (800W) / 4 1/2 minutes (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.

GENERAL: Heating instructions For best results, microwave heat. Always check that the food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
