Storage
Keep refrigerated 0°C to 4°C. Do not exceed the use by date and consume within 24 hours of opening. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Grill
FROM CHILLED: Place sausages on a rack under a preheated grill and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occassionally.
Shallow Fry
FROM CHILLED: Heat a small amount of oil on the frying pan and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occassionally.
