Storage
For use by date, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C -3°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 30 days of freeze date. Defrost product thoroughly in a fridge before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Usage
Handling Information Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw and cooked products or wash thoroughly after use. Always wash your hands after handling raw products.
Oven cook
FROM CHILLED: Place on an oven tray. Place in a preheated oven at 180C for 22-26 minutes turning occasionally.
Grill
FROM CHILLED: Place on a preheated grill for 17 – 19 minutes turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry
FROM CHILLED: Place in a preheated pan with a tablespoon of oil on a medium heat for 12-14 minutes each side.
