Storage
For use by date see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C-3°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 30 days of freeze date. Defrost product thoroughly in a fridge before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Usage
Handling Information Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw and cooked meat or wash thoroughly after use. Always wash your hands after handling raw meat.
Oven cook
FROM CHILLED: Place meatballs in a roasting tin, ensuring the meatballs are not touching one another. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C, Fan 170°C and Gas Mark 5 for 20-24 minutes, turning halfway during cooking.
Shallow Fry
FROM CHILLED: Preheat pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and place meatballs in the pan. Cook for 12-14 minutes over a moderate heat, turning every 1-2 minutes. Reduce the heat if necessary. Drain well before serving.
